🛠️ Swirl Flap Delete Kit – BMW M57N / M57N2

Purpose:
This kit replaces the OEM swirl flaps inside the intake manifold, which are prone to wear, sticking, or breaking off—potentially causing catastrophic engine damage. Deleting them improves airflow reliability and eliminates a known weak point in the M57 platform.

 

🔧 Kit Contents (Typical)

  • 6 Ă— CNC-machined aluminum blanking plugs ( 33 mm diameter)
  • 6 Ă— Viton O-rings (oil- and heat-resistant)
  • Optional: Intake manifold gaskets
