Changed your mind? No worries!
You can return or exchange most items within 30 days of purchase โ€” online or in-store โ€” if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in brand-new condition.

All original packaging, tags, and labels are intact.

You can provide a valid proof of purchase.

Items we cannot accept for return or exchange:

Custom-made or modified products.

Used or damaged items caused by misuse.

Arrives faulty or damaged (not due to misuse).

Is different from what you ordered.

Does not match the description.

We will arrange a refund, exchange, or repair in line with Australian Consumer Law.
